Just a quick set of photos showing the process of setting up your dinghy bridle on a Highfield 310CL and Klacko Swingarm Davit Arch. Yacht is a Jeanneau 50 DS. Photos courtesy of GG.
Bridle lines were roughed in using spare line, to get the right balance of swingarm angle and boat height off the water. Final bridles will be made in Amsteel with SS Wichard snap clips from Cam at Fogh Marine Rigging Services.
Blocks are Harken 57mm Aircarbo (2605, 2604, 2615) with Double Yacht Braid Lines with proper eye splices to the Harken 2605 beckets.
Note the 90 degree offset rotation on the Harken Triple Blocks when set up correctly in video below.

Harken Aircarbo blocks are highly regarded in the sailing community for several reasons:
- Durability: They are known to withstand serious loads and continue working effectively, even when overloaded, which is a testament to their robust construction1.
- Performance: Sailors have reported that Harken Carbo blocks run slightly freer, which is crucial for lines that need to move quickly and smoothly1.
- Strength-to-Weight Ratio: They offer excellent strength-to-weight ratios, making them suitable for various applications without adding unnecessary weight1.
- Low-Friction: The Carbo Air blocks are designed to be low-friction, which ensures easy and safe trimming2.
- Lightweight and Strong: The use of lightweight nylon resin sideplates in place of stainless steel straps found in classic blocks contributes to their strength without the added weight3.
These features make Harken Aircarbo blocks a preferred choice for sailors who require reliable, high-performance equipment for their rigging needs.
