Klacko Marine Inc. was established in the 60s by Martin Klacko within Erich Bruckmann’s Custom Yacht Building Shop. Ever evolving, we soon began providing C&C Yachts with all of their metal fabrication needs. This allowed Martin Klacko & Klacko Marine to be at the forefront of a very exciting time in yacht racing and development in North America.

Danny Klacko was trained and employed by his older brother Martin and soon headed the Spars division of Klacko Marine.

In the late 80s, Klacko Marine moved into the well known shop on Third Line. This enabled the company to service many of the major boat builders  throughout Ontario and North America.

By the early 90s, Martin further focused on supplying production boatbuilders with stainless and aluminum hardware. He established a second facility in Grimsby, Ontario while Danny continued with the Oakville Spar Division under the new name ‘Klacko Spars’.  Tim and Daniel are now actively involved in running day to day operations at the Oakville Location.

In 1995, Doug Gierula began working for Martin at the Grimsby Fabrication Shop. After completing his Engineering Degree and trade apprenticeship, Doug purchased Klacko Marine and currently services all points of the boating community. In 2015, Klacko Marine moved to our new location in St.Catharines, Ontario.

Klacko Spars and Klacko Marine are separate companies, but to this day work jointly in providing the yachting community with high levels of fabrication service and expertise.
